The App renders dashboard cards based on component configurations, supporting the following chart types:
| Type | Description | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|
| Statistics Card | Displays a single key number | Totals, payable/receivable balances |
| Pie Chart | Shows proportional breakdown of data | Amount distribution by category |
| Bar Chart | Compares data across categories | Amount ranking by vendor/customer |
| Line Chart | Shows data trends over time | Bank balance changes |
| Calendar | Shows date-related events | Bill due dates |
Charts support displaying multiple data series together in one chart, with the legend showing each series name.

The App dashboard only checks whether you are the organization owner. This is different from the more detailed AI Insights permission used on the computer.
Common Scenarios
The dashboard says I don't have permission? The dashboard is only available to organization owners. If you are not an organization owner, please contact the owner for the relevant data, or use a computer to log in instead, where more detailed permissions are supported.
Is the chart data real-time? Chart data refreshes automatically each time you open the dashboard, showing the latest data.
Want to see data for a specific time period or dimension? The App shows the default data range and doesn't support custom filtering yet. For date range or tracking category filters, please use a computer.
Why can't I find a search bar on my phone? The global search bar at the top of the page is currently only available on the computer -- the App doesn't support it yet. See below for details.
The following features require a computer: custom view management (create/edit/delete views), view sharing, saving filter settings, adding/editing/deleting components, creating components from AI chat, and global search (unified cross-module search, plus Agent Mode to switch straight into AI chat).
