Connect QuickBooks accounting software and link your Lark/Feishu account on the App for contact matching, category mapping, bill export, and expense claim approval sync.
Getting Started
ccMonet integrates with major accounting software and collaboration platforms. On the App, you can:
- Connect to QuickBooks
- Link your Lark/Feishu account on the expense claim page for approval sync
Connect QuickBooks
Tap the side menu > Settings > Integrations, select QuickBooks, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete OAuth authorization.
You can only connect one accounting software at a time. Only the organization owner can connect.
Features in Detail
Connect QuickBooks
Go to: App > Side menu > Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks
How to connect:
- On the Integrations page, select QuickBooks
- You will be redirected to the QuickBooks authorization page to complete OAuth
- After authorization, you return to the App and see the connected status with the company name
You can tap "Disconnect" at any time to remove the connection.
If a connection error occurs, a red error banner appears at the top of the page. Check QuickBooks authorization status and try connecting again.
Features After Connecting
Once connected, the following features are available on the computer:

Link Lark/Feishu Account
Go to: App > Expense claim page > Link Lark/Feishu
On the expense claim page, you can link your Lark or Feishu account to sync expense claims to Lark/Feishu approval workflows.
How to link:
- On the expense claim page, tap the Link Lark or Feishu option
- You will be redirected to the Lark/Feishu authorization page to complete OAuth
- After authorization, you return to the App and the account is linked
Lark and Feishu are separate platforms and need to be linked individually. Authorization tokens are auto-refreshed by the system.
After linking:
- When submitting an expense claim on the App, you can sync it to the Lark/Feishu approval workflow
- The system auto-uploads expense data and attachments to Lark/Feishu and creates an approval instance
Only the expense claim submitter can export. Your organization must have Lark/Feishu approval definitions configured.
Common Questions
How do I connect QuickBooks to ccMonet? Tap the side menu > Settings > Integrations, select QuickBooks, and complete authorization. Then configure contact matching, category mapping, and tax code mapping on the computer. Bill exports will auto-convert using your mappings.
How do I disconnect QuickBooks? Tap the side menu > Settings > Integrations, and tap "Disconnect" on the connected QuickBooks card.
How do I link my Feishu account on the App? On the expense claim page, tap the Link Feishu option and follow the on-screen instructions. After linking, you can sync expense claims to the Feishu approval workflow when submitting.
The following features require a computer: Xero connection, contact matching (manual/AI), category mapping, tax code mapping, tracking category sync, bill export, bank account linking (Plaid/Finverse/Airwallex), Stripe data sync, Gmail Add-On, e-invoice publishing.
