Accounting

Keep the ledger itself accurate — post manual journals, maintain your Chart of Accounts, set opening balances and manage exchange rates.

Most of your day-to-day bookkeeping happens through invoices, bills and bank reconciliation. Accounting is where you work directly on the ledger underneath: the manual journals that adjust it, the Chart of Accounts that classifies everything, the opening balances you bring in when you migrate, and the exchange rates behind multi-currency bookkeeping.

These features are spread across the app — manual journals under Finance, categories and exchange rates under Settings, and opening balances from the Reports area — and this section pulls them together.
